Terry Prather, Senior Advisor

Terry Prather serves as Senior Advisor for Ewell Associates. With more than four decades of experience in executive leadership and community development in the hospitality and tourism industries, Terry is adept at policy, strategy, advocacy, and operational matters. After retiring from Sea World Parks & Entertainment in 2015, where he served as President of SeaWorld Orlando, Terry assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer at Lift Orlando through December of 2022. 

Terry is passionate about creating business value and supporting the community. He currently serves on several boards of directors, including for the Smithsonian National Zoo in Washington, D.C., and as the board chair for Visit Orlando and Dr. Phillips Charities.
